The Only Solution to The Begging Problem

Begging as itself, sounds fascinating as this is the only tool in which there is no need for hard work when it comes to the making of money. Easy and decent amount coming in each day, each month. No limitations. No need to impress your boss because, in this begging world, you are your own boss. No need to get out of your bed early. Strive all-day long. Give your very best to your job. Easy Peasy.

And why should someone work when he or she could lead such an illustrious life. When he or she can easily snatch the money you earned with all that hard work at your job by wearing some poor, miserable, cheap-looking clothes and saying a few words like I have 8 kids, I have to raise them, no money for bread e.t.c. e.t.c.

To everything, there is a cost. And what beggers have to cost is their self-esteem. And we let them do that.

They find throwing their dignity as an easy option and we let them take that. We never give them the opportunity, the chance to work hard, to find the perfect path to glory and to make a name of themselves.

And I am no one to tell you what is the importance of hard work in the path to success.

And let me enlighten you, it is not them, it is you who are at fault. They decided to choose the wrong path and you helped them move along the wrong path.

You think by giving a few rupees, dollars or pounds you are helping the needy. No, not at all. You are ruining his carrer which he would have been steping in if there was no begging. You are ruining his whole life.

You are letting the person(begger) rely on your money. I was listening to an interview of David Beckham. His son asked Beckham to buy him something which cost around 4000 pounds. He told his son whose age was sixteen “I am not going to buy that for you. There is a store. Go get your self a job. Earn your money and buy it.” He could have bought that thing to his son.

Can’t we do the same to Beggers as David Beckham did to his son. Let them work and earn themselves.

I think the best solution to this problem is not to give a single peny to those who beg. The begger will beg one day, two day, a week but when no one is going to give him or her money he will have no choice but to opt for another profession.

And if you are a kind-hearted person who wants to help needy I have a solution to you as well. You see, in most underdeveloped countries the wages are not that much high. Find someone whose pay is less than 300 dollars a month. There are many. For e.g. The Security Guards e.t.c. and rather giving money to beggars help those men. Help them to buy their daily goods. Help them to pay their house rents, their bills e.t.c.
